Annual Subscription: $49
The Annual Subscription for Snapit provides:
- Free Updates to Snapit as they become available.
- Free phone support during normal business hours of 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday (Fair use policies apply)
- Unlimited email technical support, normal response within 1 business day.
- Access to per incident Remote Desktop support (charge of $20 per 15 mins or part thereof).
If you have trouble setting up Snapit, or configuring it to your specific situation, we offer two additional services:
- A Remote Desktop Setup Service with a one-off $50 charge.
- An Onsite Setup Service in Christchurch for $100 (Limited service area applies, please contact us for more info).
This setup service includes all configuration of Snapit and help with formatting your CSV files to work with Snapit.
